These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are between you (“Customer”) and HichApp Limited (“HICH”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the RankUp service.

RankUp allows customers to upload images for ranking by HICH panellists.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. By using RankUp, you confirm you comply with applicable laws and have no prior felony convictions.

4. Data Collection and Use

For information on data collection and use, refer to our Privacy Policy. By using RankUp, you agree that your images and related data will be shared with HICH panellists for ranking purposes.

5. Modifying the Service

We may modify RankUp and its features over time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. HICH reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of images uploaded to RankUp. By using the service, you grant HICH a licence to use, display, and distribute your content within our iOS and Android application, HICH, for ranking purposes.

8. Disclaimers

HICH provides RankUp "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

HICH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HICH against any claims arising from your use of RankUp or breach of this Agreement.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account with RankUp anytime. HICH may also terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except for users in the EU who may bring claims in their country of residence.
